Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 16.5 x 116.62 foot lot at 135 Fern Avenue in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

It was a renovated house that looked like this when it sold in 2017…

The asking price was $799,900 and it sold for $999,300.

For some reason, it wasn’t renovated until 2020 or it took 3 years. But either way, they did a good job.

Last week, the asking price was $1,699,000. I said it was going over (though I think anyone would have assumed that).
