This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 15.33 x 101 foot lot at 85 Cottingham Street in Summerhill in Toronto.

It is a house that looked like this when it was listed in May of 2015…

It was listed at $1,000,000 but didn’t sell. It was then listed again in October 2015 for $950,000. It eventually sold in November for $910,000. I can’t tell how staged it is but based on the finishes of the house, I’m guessing not a lot of staging happened here.

It feels a little pricey for a row house but it shows really well. I doubt it will sit for long.
