PRICE DROP #2 - 17 Lakeview Avenue - DUFFERIN GROVE, TORONTO

At the beginning of June, I posted this 5+2, 5 bathroom semi on a 22.01 x 150 foot lot with a 2 car garage at 17 Lakeview Avenue in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

It was a recently renovated house that had already been on the market for a month when I posted it. The asking price was $4,980,000.

Considering this building was going up 2 doors away…

I thought that might be a little high. Because of that, not to mention it had already been listed for 4 weeks, I thought it would have a price drop soon.

The next day, the listing was terminated and it came back with a drop to $4,498,000.

It still hasn’t sold but has had another price drop…

To $3,999,900.
