115 Harrison Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS, TORONTO

Yesterday, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 140 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It was a flip that was recently listed in November for $3,850,000 with a recent price drop to $3,799,000.

A day before that price drop happened, this row house came on the market.

This is also presumably a flip that was last listed in November 2020 when it looked like this…

It was listed at $1,128,000 and sold for $1,050,000.

It was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, approximately 1100-1500 square foot house on a 16 x 137 foot lot. Now, it is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2880 square foot house that shows REALLY well.

Like the house down the street, it has very good finishes though I am not super crazy about the front of the house. But the transformation from what this house was before to what it is now is pretty amazing.

Despite being only 16 feet wide, because of the open ceiling in the living room, it feels bigger than it is. And it adds some interest to the house.

The asking price for this house is now…

$3,439,000.

So, which one is selling first?

I’m not sure but I am thinking both may have another price drop before either sells as they are both priced pretty high for a 3 bedroom.
