It was then gutted over 2018 and 2019 and they did a really good job. It’s a move-in-ready house with a separate basement suite (can you access it from the first floor?).

It came on the market in December but somehow I missed it. The asking price then was $1,799,999. For some reason, it sat on the market for a month and a half but it has finally sold…

For $1,700,000.

This feels like a lot of house for that price but annoying if you can’t access the basement from the first floor.
