AND IT WENT FOR - 355 Riverdale Road - RIVERDALE, TORONTO

At the beginning of October, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 21 x 70 foot lot at 355 Riverdale Road in Riverdale in Toronto.

It didn’t have parking, the basement wasn’t finished, and the lot wasn’t huge…

But it was a really good house.

It had looked like this in 20017 when it was listed at $849,900…

It sold for $850,000 and a little over a year later, it was back on the market with a full, very well done renovation. It sold for $935,000.

Five years later, it was back on the market for $995,000. I guessed they were hoping for a bidding war because I thought that was low.

It sold a week later…

For $1,150,000.
