It was attached to the house at 118 Spruce Hill Road…

Both were listed at $999,000 in October 2019. The house at 116 Spruce Hill sold for $1,131,000 and 118 Spruce Hill sold for $1,169,000.

They sold on the same day so I assume it was to the same developer but I don’t know why they were different prices. They are both on a 25 x 120 foot lot so I am a bit confused about that. Maybe it was the giant trees in the front and back yard of 116.

Last year, 116 Spruce Hill came on the market for $3,395,000. It sold 2 days after I posted it and after 2 days on the market for $3,482,000.

A year later, this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots came on the market for $3,279,000.

It sold after 1 day on the market…

For $3,300,000.
