I don’t know if it was a private sell or what happened, but it seems like this house never sold publicly before it was renovated. The renovation was done by Eurodale Design+Build and while I am not a fan of the stone at all…

The whole renovation was done well.

It offers a lot for a family and has a good entertaining layout. I would make that front room a mudroom with closets alongs the wall where the couch is and a built-in bench at the window. There is still that large living area at the back of the house.

The kitchen is large with lots of storage. The room is bright with all the west facing windows. The bedrooms are a good size with nicely finished bathrooms.

And the basement is finished as a separate apartment (which rents out between $2,500 and $3,000) but could be used as an entertainment space for a family.

The backyard is large with a pool, a hot tub, shed and lots of landscape lighting.

Overall, it’s a really good house if you can overlook the stone at the front (just me?).

It was listed at the beginning of December for $2,499,000. It sold after a week and a half on the market…
