26 Long Crescent - BEACHES, TORONTO

This is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and another 2 parking spots on a 37 x 137 foot lot at 26 Long Crescent in the Beaches in Toronto.

It is a house that used to look like this…

It sold in May 2007 for $690,000. According to the street view, it was then possibly torn down or became a rebuild some time between 2014 and 2018.

And if you are looking for cottage in the city vibe, other than not being on water, this place is pretty close.

While I wouldn’t have guessed this would be my thing, I do really like it. The only thing that I don’t understand is the front door.

Why did they make this the front door…

That opens right into the dining/living room…

When this would seem like a more traditional place for a front door…

This is the interior shot of that space…

It’s not huge but could still have a console table and it doesn’t open right into the living space.

But I guess if you want to spend the money for the house, changing that to the front door and treating the current front door as a window wouldn’t be a huge cost.

This house is currently listed at…

$3,799,000.

With 6 bedrooms and it being a move-in-ready house with lots of interesting features…

I don’t see this sitting for long.
