On Monday, I posted this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and another 2 parking spots on a 37 x 137 foot lot at 26 Long Crescent in the Beaches in Toronto.

It was a house that showed really well with a cottage in the city feel. The only problem for me was the front door that opened right into the dining room when I thought it should have been placed here…

The asking price was $3,799,000.

I said that ‘with 6 bedrooms and it being a move-in-ready house with lots of interesting features…

I don’t see this sitting for long.’

And it didn’t. It sold the next day…

For $3,900,000.
