PRICE DROP - 115 Harrison Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS, TORONTO

About a month ago, I posted this +1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2880 square foot house on a 16 x 137 foot lot at 115 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It was a recently renovated house located down the street from the 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 140 Harrison Street I had posted the day earlier…

That house was listed in November for $3,850,000 with a price drop in mid-January to $3,799,000.

But they were both well done full guts. And despite this house being a row house, it looked larger than it was (at least in photos) with that open ceiling in the living room.

This house was listed in November 2020 when it looked like this…

It was listed at $1,128,000 and sold for $1,050,000.

After the full reno and addition, it was back on the market a month ago for $3,439,000.

I wondered which house would sell first. This house or 140? I wasn’t sure but thought that either way, both would need another price drop.

Yesterday, the listing for 140 Harrison was terminated and this house had it’s first price drop…

To $3,300,000.

Will that be enough?
