Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 114 Oak Park Avenue in the Woodbine-Lumsden neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a renovated, move-in-ready, detached house that showed really well.

It was listed at $1,189,000. I said that despite recent reports of home prices dropping, I thought this one was going to sell fast and over ask.

It sold the day after I posted it…
