SOLD - 320 Dovercourt Road - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Two days ago, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 19 x 94 foot lot at 320 Dovercourt Road in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.
It isn’t the most exciting looking house from the outside.
But on the inside!!!! It’s not at all what you would be expecting.
Most people (including myself) probably think that it would look a lot like it did when it was for sale in 2020…
It was listed for $1,199,900 and it sold for $1,160,000.
Since then, there were a few updates like cleaning up the basement (though it isn’t finished) and a couple other things. But for the most part, it is the same house.
Except for the walls!
Only 3 rooms were left with white walls and everything has been painted. While some colours seem like they shouldn’t work together, it looks amazing. And I don’t know how much of the furniture is staging, but the colours of the furniture and pillows, etc., also work together even though you would think they shouldn’t.
Basically, this house shows REALLY well.
Which is why it is not a surprise that this house sold in 1 day.
It was listed at $1,299,000. When I saw that it had sold but I was not aware of the selling price, I was guessing the selling price would be $1,450,000.
It sold…
For $1,425,000.
