Last month, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 50 x 100 foot lot at 221 Kingswood Road in the Beaches in Toronto.

It was a newly built house that was completed in 2016 after the lot was purchased in 2009 when it looked like this…

it was listed at $699,900 and it sold for $960,000.

From the Google street view, it looked like the building didn’t start until 2015 (not sure what took so long) and the final product showed really well. According to the listing, it was a ‘Muskoka-like retreat’.

I thought it did have a bit of a cottage feel but there was an industrial feel to it as well.

It was listed at $3,199,000. I didn’t think it would sit for long and it didn’t. It sold 4 days after I posted it…
