I really like this house.
I am not sure exactly when this house was renovated or who did the renovation, but this is what this house used to look like when it was last for sale in 2015…
It was listed at $975,000 and sold for $ 1,506,000.
It was then fully gutted and renovated and they did a great job. I like all the finishes. It’s bright. It works well for a family. There is 2 parking spot and the backyard walks right out onto Trinity-Bellwoods Park.
I am not sure how much of this house is styling but, regardless, it shows REALLY well.
It is now back on the market as a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 26 x 118 foot lot and 1 parking spot…
For $3,895,000.
This won’t sit for long.
P.S. After realizing that this house reminded me a lot of the house at 305 Crawford Street that I posted 4 years ago…
And I saw the open shelves around the door in this are basically the same in 305 Crawford’s kitchen, as well as them having the same bathroom vanities, I realized this must have been done by the same designer.
And it turns out it was. After some quick googling, I found that this house as well as 305 Crawford were done by Mary-Beth Jenner from Jenner Design Studios.
