In March, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 60 x 150 foot lot at 21 Killdeer Crescent in the Upper Leaside neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this…

It was on the market in 2019 for $2,399,000 and it sold for $2,610,000.

In March of 2021, it came back on the market for $5,299,000 with these renderings of a new 4200 square foot, 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom house…

It was listed at $5,299,000. It was then back on the market with the same rendering a couple of months later for $3,399,000.

It never sold and was redone I presume by the owner who is also the agent who is always apparently a famous flipper.

It came back on the market at the end of February for $4,999,000. At some point, the price was dropped to $4,797,000.

It finally sold in mid-April…

For $,4800,000.
