It was a house that showed well, especially if you like the wood look of the unpainted wood trim. It was listed originally for $1,700,000 but I guess they didn’t get what they wanted because the price was increased to $1,895,000.

The day after I first posted that house, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a 1 car garage and another parking spot on a 21 x 147 foot lot at 21 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a bigger house despite being a semi but had a similar feel with the unpainted wood trim.

It was listed at $2,299,000.

As with the Gladstone house, I thought this would sell fast and over ask. While I was wrong about the Gladstone house, I was right about this one. A few days after I posted this house, it sold…

For $2,910,000.
