When I saw the photos a couple of days ago, it felt familiar but I could quite figure it out. And then I got an email from a reader reminding me that I posted this house pre-renovation when it looked like this…

It was in April 2016 and the price was $1,950,000 which clearly the neighbours were excited about but it was a little pricey. I thought it would need a price drop. It sold 2 days later for $1,875,050.

It was then fully renovated by the Cornish Flippers (aka Lionfish Developments) and then, after presumably about 2 years living in the house, it was then put on the market for rent. These are the photos from the first of 3 for lease listings…

It was initially listed at $9,500/month and it leased for $9,582. The last 2 leases were at $9,750/month.

It is now on the market for sale…
