207 RIVERDALE AVENUE - RIVERDALE, TORONTO

Before the holidays, I should have let everyone know that I was going to take a little break. There weren’t a lot of houses inspiring me and the market was kind of stale.

Well, it’s a little late and the break was a little longer than planned…

But…

Since December, it seems like there have been some changes to the market. I wasn’t paying attention for a bit but there are several houses that have sold or are listed that I will be posting soon.

But to start off, I am posting this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 2 garage (uncovered) garage on an 18 x 118 foot lot at 207 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.

It isn’t a big house and the dining room is really tight but, otherwise, they seem to get a lot into what isn’t a huge house.

The living room is large and bright as it is south facing. The way they have put the kitchen along the wall under the stairs gives them a large kitchen with lots of storage running along that wall from the front of the house to the back.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in closet that at first I didn’t realize were there. And there is a dormer window in the bathroom giving it natural light.

There is laundry on the second floor. And while the other 2 bedrooms aren’t huge, they are good for smaller kids and there is another bathroom on the second floor.

The basement is a good size with good ceiling height, a backyard walkout, and more storage along the wall. There is also another full bathroom and a room that could be a bedroom or office but is currently being used as a gym.

The backyard isn’t huge but it is a good size and still leaves room for hidden parking for 2 cars. Or as the listing says…

Parking pad can be used for overflow party space or sports

I’m not sure when it sold or what for but it looked like this in 2018…
