11 Shorncliffe Avenue - FOREST HILL, TORONTO
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 5 parking spots on a 45 x 154 foot lot at 11 Shorncliffe Avenue in Forest Hill in Toronto.
It used to look like this before it was renovated some time in 2014 or 2015…
As for the renovation, it is a little more contemporary than I would normally be into but I really like it.
I’m assuming that wood post is structural but I love how they made it a work of art. The kitchen is separate from the living and dining area but there are 2 open doors going into the kitchen making it have a good flow.
Normally, I don’t like brick inside a house but I love this…
Upstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, a laundry room, and a den (that could be a bedroom but I don’t know if there is another bathroom) . The third floor is the primary suite with a roof top deck and an open bathtub and shower in the room but a closed off toilet and sink.
The basement doesn’t look huge but it has a bedroom, office, and rec room. And the backyard has a 1000 square foot deck.
The only issue is the 3 storey apartment building overlooking the yard that could some day be replaced with the something like the 8 storey building a few doors east...
But overall, it is a great house.
