A few days ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 1 car garage on an 18 x 116 foot lot at 128 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like it was renovated in 2018 and they did a really good job. It was bright, the kitchen had lots of storage, the rooms were all good size and the basement if was fully done with a huge window in the main area.

And the backyard had a hot tub!

It was listed at $2,049,000. I thought that since it seems like people were coming back into the market, not to mention that this was a good house, that it would sell over ask.
