SOLD - 186 Wallace Avenue - JUNCTION TRIANGLE, TORONTO

Does this place look familiar?

If it does is because a several years ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 carport garage and another parking spot on a 19 x 100 foot lot at 186 Wallace Avenue in Junction Triangle in Toronto.

It was the listing that said…

If this house were a man, you’d want to date him.

The person that sent in the listing said that the house was Steampunk. And that was probably the best description of it so if you like that style, this was a great option.

And if you were a chef, the stove was pretty amazing…

Unfortunately, that stove is gone now but at least they left the fridge…

Other than the stove, it doesn’t seem like there have been a lot of changes other than the removal of the carpet in the primary bedroom. And they got rid of the hot tub in the carport…

At the time, the asking price was $999,000. I thought it would sell for $1,275,000. I never posted it but 3 days later, it sold for $1,600,186.

It came back on the market a week ago without that giant stove for $1,895,000. It sold…

For $2,309,000.
