That was fast!
Last week, I saw the listing for this 1+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 70 foot lot at 63 Standish Avenue in north Rosedale in Toronto.
It was a really charming house that was a bit of a surprise when you saw the interior photos.
It had a vaulted ceiling with an open concept layout that made it feel spacious. The main bedroom was up a flight of stairs in what felt like a loft space but I guess was a second floor. And the basement was finished with another bedroom.
The backyard wasn’t huge but it was a good city yard (that could use a power wash).
Overall, it was a very charming house that showed really well with the staging.
It was listed at $1,399,000. It sold after 2 days on the market…
For $1,527,000.
