With 2,344 square feet and a beautiful south facing view of the city, this 2+1 bedroom condo located in the Thornwood condo building the heart of Summerhill is beautiful but also REALLY expensive.
The cost of the condo is $3,195,000, the annual taxes are $17,396.70 and maintenance fees are $1,658/month.
And I didn't realize penthouses were located in the middle of the building. I thought they were supposed to be on the top floors.
It is a very nice condo but I find the separate living room with the dining room in the kitchen a little odd. Why not open up the whole thing? I really wish there was a floor plan because I can not figure this place out.
And I would have sworn this place was staged if it weren't for the Cetaphil and Marvel Comics. What's with the stuffed animal too?
But those views....you can't really beat those views.
