This house looks like it has a had a fresh coat of paint (and the colours are awful) and new carpeting in the bedrooms but needs a lot of work otherwise. That floor could be sanded but that is a pain and that railing is just blah. I guess you could paint it.
The family room at the back could be great. I really like those doors and windows. The windows are so nice, you can see all the junk they threw on the couch from the backyard! White towels, pink blankets, a guitar?
I really wish I could see the kitchen. With an asking price of $2.1, it would be nice to see the kitchen.
Seriously, I don't know what these people are thinking with this price. Sure it is a nice neighbourhood but come on!
Don't you know that this house that was featured in the National Post this weekend went for $1.4? Sure, it has one less bedroom and 2 less bathrooms but $800,000 more?
This house should be listed at $1,599,000.
