And it went for........

This gem of a gutter at 75 McGee Street in Leslieville is off the market.  And it has been for almost 2 weeks!

And it went for.....

Actually, it didn't go for anything.  The listing expired.  No one bought it.

And for some reason, The Globe and Mail made this their Home of the Week just one week AFTER the listing expired.  It wasn't even on the market!

Perhaps the seller and her agent are willing to take any offer now.  As you can see from the photos I got from the listing website and from my first post about this place, this place is a gutter.  

So, if you are up for a bit of a negotiation and an extensive reno, give the agent a call.  You might get turned away at $795,000 but that is probably what it is worth, NOT $1,250,000!
