30 Bernard Avenue - ANNEX
This house is not for sale but for rent at $9,000/month. It is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the Annex, I would say this is not bad but as I said earlier today I am not up on the going rate of a large 4 bedroom rental.
If this house looks familiar it is because back in October, I compared 2 listings in the Annex.
The first one was 16 Admiral Road and the other was 28 Bernard Avenue, the house attached to this house.
I said the Bernard house would sell first and it did, in a week. I am actually not even sure if the Admiral Road house sold at all. It was on the market for ages.
I didn't think the Bernard house was amazing but for the price, compared to the Admiral house, it was the better buy and had loads of potential
And here is a look at it's mirror image. Not quite the same house as its neighbour but still a nice house.
If it were for sale would you pay the 28 Bernard selling price of $2,175,000? Compared to this place down the street at 9 Bernard, it sounds kind of reasonable!
