Thanks to the commenter who posted the sale price for this Roncesvalles semi at 34 Garden.

It was listed at $749,900.  I thought it would sell for $825,000.

The commenter says 'this house sold for $856,100. I know because we bid $850k on it (and obviously didn't get it!)'.

Damn.  That sucks.
