I really like this house.
I don't understand why the couch is on an angle and I am not loving that wardrobe thing when there is a full 2 door closet at the front door already. It just looks cluttered.
And I am not into the green of the washroom and bedroom.
But otherwise it is great.
The kitchen reminds me of the house at 285 Brunswick that I loved.
The backyard and deck of this house is also a good size.
All the floors are new...
only problem is that roof. That is not a cheap fix.
I still think this house will sell for $825,000.
