RELIST - 16 Admiral Road - ANNEX

The Annex semi that I compared to another Annex semi back in October has been re-listed.  This was not the house I choose but the one I did choose sold a week after my post for $2,175,000.  It needed more work but would ultimately be a better buy.

This house was listed forever and had a price drop back in February that I missed.   It has since been re-listed (at the end of March).

The old price was $2,800,000 which I pointed out was way too high.

The new price is $2,675,000.  That is the same as the February price drop that didn't help it sell.  Hmm.  Interesting strategy.

This just makes me wonder...doesn't it make this place at 405 Brunswick that had a recent price drop even more attractive?
