And it went for....

This 3 bedroom semi located at 46 Thornhill Avenue on a quiet dead end street in Baby Point sold.  

It was listed at $699,000 and I thought it would sell for $780,000.

I was a little off but it did go over.

It sold for $753,000.  Not bad considering that kitchen really is quite small!
