PRICE DROP - 135 Chaplin Crescent - CHAPLIN ESTATES

This is the 5th, yes, FIFTH price change for this house.

It was initially listed at $1.

A week later it was raised to $1,099,000.  It didn't sell so they dropped it to $1,049,000.  Again it didn't sell.  They dropped it to $1,029,00.

Still no sale so they dropped it to $997,000 a week ago.  

STILL no sale so it has been dropped again to $989,000.

As I said in my most recent post about this house, it needs to go down to $850,000 (which makes me think that my price guess for 38 Menin Road in Cedarvale might be a bit high!)

If you don't feel like spending anywhere close to a million though, this house is also for lease for $3,450 a month!
