The listing for this condo in Summerhill just off of Yonge says that it is 2+1 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms but it is currently set up as 3 bedrooms. It is 1,528 square feet.
Even though the view is of a wall, it is bright and seems spacious. The kitchen is large with counter seating and the living room is a good size. The dining area isn't so large but the bedrooms are good.
Apparently, this also used to be the home of Camilla Scott!
That was a good show and those are awesome guests!! I could watch that clip all day!
Back to the condo....
It is listed at $949,000.
It is $324,200 more than the 1 bedroom that was for sale one street over at 33 Price Street (it sat on the market for a while though I am not sure what it sold for).
It is $59,100 more than the 1+1 bedroom Corktown loft at 90 Sumach Street that I posted yesterday.
It is also $2,246,000 LESS than the Lower Penthouse condo in the same building that was for sale last November. It was also 2+1 bedrooms and a bit larger at 2,344 square feet.
So, is this the right price for this condo? Considering that the condo fees are $1,117.39, I would say it might be a little high.
Maybe $899,000 but not much lower than that!
