This is a new reno. They have taken the paint off the front of the house to show the brick. This is what it used to look like...
Clearly they have done a lot of work to this house but $2 million for a 3 bedroom row house with no parking and basically no backyard!?!?!
They must not really want to move. They are just throwing that number out there to see what they get.
There is no WAY this will sell for anywhere CLOSE to asking.
