PRICE DROP - 101 Lonsdale Avenue - DEER PARK
This isn't a huge townhouse but it is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. And compared to the townhouse at 237 Lytton Boulevard that sold for $1,685,000, or its neighbour at 229 Lytton Boulevard that is currently listed at $2,697,000, this is pretty comparable, wouldn't you say?
So why has the priced dropped from $1,629,000 to $1,569,000?
What is wrong with the place that is was listed in 2011 with price drops and now again with price drops? I really like it. Is it the apartment in the back? What is it?
And can someone tell me who this artist is? Basically the same painting in 3 houses....
