Thanks to tweets from Matthew Slutsky, founder and president of Buzz Buzz Home, a website that catalogues new residential developments in North America, for live tweeting about the sale of one of his neighbours last night!!!
Slutsky is not only behind Buzz Buzz Home but he and his wife, Carlie Brand, were featured in one of the Toronto Life House Wars articles.
They bought the house across the street in April for $860,000.
Last week, their neighbour's house was listed for $899,000. Through a bidding war, the price ended up at $980,000.
It is a 2 bedroom (but could be 3), 3 washroom semi on a 20 x 110 foot lot.
And I LOVE it!!! (Though I would have loved it even more if they had kept the front a little more traditional.)
The art is great, I love the furniture, I love that kitchen and I like that glass stair wall!!
That basement couch needs an ottoman for tv watching though.
And too bad those light fixtures are going...
