And it went for....
Five days after I posted this Harry B. Kohl designed house at 183 Confederation Drive house in Scarborough, it was the Globe and Mail Home of the Week.
And after almost a month of being on the market, it sold.
This house was listed at $469,000.
It sold for $475,000.
Thanks to the Globe and Mail for providing us with a little more information on the architect. Harry B. Kohl was not only the designer of the Barrie house at 2000 Strathallen Woods Place that is now listed at $1,795,000, he was also the designer of the old 401 rest stops...
Extra special thanks to The Globe and Mail for suggesting a name for that cut-out in the roof at the front door that apparently doesn't have an architectural name......'Kohl's Hole'.
Umm...not sure that is the legacy the architect wanted to leave behind.
