And it went for....

This 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house at 73 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates has been on the  market for over a month.

It was first listed with one agent in September for $1,299,000.  Not sure what happened but it didn't sell and another agent took the listing in October and priced it at $1,299,900. 

The pictures weren't great for this place but it looked recently renovated.   I was a little unsure about the first floor layout though.

I thought this place would sell for $1,249,900.

It didn't sell right away and there was a price drop at the end of October to $1,275,000.

It just sold for $1,250,000.
