73 Ellerbeck Street - PLAYTER ESTATES
The pictures for this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house aren't great but you get the idea.
This is basically a cross between the house at 32 Playter Boulevard that I posted this morning and the house just to the north of this one at 75 Ellerbeck that sold back in March. Both of those houses could use a reno and sold for $1,305,000 and $1,205,000 respectively.
This house has had the reno but it is hard to see the quality. I like the style but wish I could see more of the kitchen. The bathroom looks really good but it is only 1 of 2 in the house. The basement has been dug down and there is tons of storage (for small things).
There is a family room but for some reason they left part of the load bearing wall instead of doing a beam between that and the kitchen. And I am not sure why they aren't showing the kitchen. (If I find better pictures, I will update).
This house is listed at $1,299,900.
It has been listed since September 21 with one agent and either that agent is no longer representing the clients or another agent from another brokerage has been brought on because a new listing has gone up as of October 12.
Considering that this house has been listed for almost a month, it probably won't go over asking but I don't think it will be far off....
Then again, it is only 3 bedrooms...
Maybe $1,249,900.
I just wish I could see more pictures.
