And it went for....

The deceptively large 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on the 62.25 x 235 foot lot at 226 Douglas Drive in Rosedale has sold.

It was listed at $3,200,000 and though I love the house, it needs work.  Not a lot, just some fixing up (or a lot if you want to!).

Even though I love this, its potential, and though it was the clear winner in the competition with the similarly priced houses at 116 Glen Road and 176 Glen Road, I thought it was close to $400,000 overpriced. 

Looks like someone else agreed that it was the winner because this place just sold for $3,100,000.

This house is a keeper and is definitely worth the premium.
