This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 18.25 x 85 foot lot.  That isn't huge and there isn't parking but there is something about this house that I really like.

It is the first time in 56 years that it has been on the market so there might be some electrical and perhaps other issues with it.  The kitchen is clearly an issue and will have to be redone and so will the bathroom as well as the windows.

But otherwise, this could be a great house.

The basement isn't finished but has a 3 piece washroom....

This house could probably be completely updated for a little over $100,000.

So with an asking price of $699,900, does it make sense?

With some paint and a new kitchen and bathroom, it could look like the house at 573 Clinton that sold for $740,000 in October.  But it would have more bedrooms.

And even after renovating exactly how you want, it would still cost less than the house at 41 Palmerston that sold for $876,000 a month ago.

None of these houses have parking which might be an issue here but this is a good sized house with loads of potential.

So, why has this place been listed since September!?!  

No idea but perhaps this would be better priced at $645,000.
