PRICE DROP #4/FOR LEASE - 196 Grace Street - BICKFORD PARK
This semi has been on the market since January.
It was initially listed at $1,549,000 which is nuts. When I first posted it in July, it was listed at $1,489,000.
Not surprisingly, by August they dropped the price again. This time to $1,389,000. I thought it was still $300,000 too high.
By the end of September, they dropped the price again to $1,249,000.
Still not enough because it never sold and thanks to an anonymous reader, it has been pointed out that this is now for lease on Kijiji....
For $950.00.
That's it!?! For what the owners feel is a $1.25 million house?
Maybe that was a typo and it is supposed to be $1,950/month. But even that doesn't make sense!
