This is a good house on a good street at 80 Laws Street in the Junction.

It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16.17 x 1673.83 foot lot.   It could use some work but it has a lot of potential.

It was first listed in November for $699,900.  The price was never dropped and I thought perhaps $649,000 would be a better price to move this house.

It just sold after being 'relisted' for a week...
