That is how days this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house at 339 Rumsey in North Leaside on a 30 x 135 foot lot was listed for sale at $1,988,800.

It was nicely done but didn't seem big and there were a lot of dust collecting areas.  

I posted it within a week of it being listed and I thought it would sell closer to $1,788,800.

It sold for $1,925,000.

Guess someone was a fan of the walnut and is happy to do a lot of dusting.
