PRICE DROP - 2 Hedgewood Avenue - YORK MILLS

 I have been watching this house ever since I posted it in April waiting to see what would happen with it.  As it has been on the market for $3,995,000 since March, I was wondering why it hadn't had a price drop.

Guess I need glasses because this had a price drop in July.

It went from $3,995,000 to $3,495,000.

The number 9 and 4 look kind of similar, right?
