This is a 6+1 bedroom (what!?!), 4 bathroom house on a 24.83 x 128.5 foot lot in Roncesvalles.
It has a lot of potential but it currently isn't the most exciting. It needs some work. The first thing that stands out to me is all the different coloured mortar in the bricks. And is that 2 door bells!?!

Not sure this one is going over but it could sell close to list...but probably a bit less.
