This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flip was initially listed in November for $999,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in December to $980,000.

Again it didn't sell so the price was dropped another time to $899,000.

Now, for some reason, after not selling at that price, they have RAISED the price.

The new listing price is $939,900.

Hmm.
