I knew this house at 20 Bennington Heights Drive was going to sell fast but I thought it would sell higher.

It is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 51.01 x 219.62 foot ravine lot.

It was listed at $2,450,000.

The style isn't for everyone, but if you do like it, you probably love the house.

I thought this house could sell for $2,600,000...maybe even $2,650,000.

Though this house did sell in only 2 days, it didn't sell as high as I thought it would. 

Actually it sold UNDER asking....

For $2,440,000!!!

Maybe it's becuase there was no main floor family room...
