PRICE DROP - 31 Maple Avenue - ROSEDALE

This house has been on the marke for 2 months.  

It is a beautiful looking 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 72.5 x 195 foot lot in south Rosedale.

It was first listed at $4,495,000.

The house was last purchased in 2008 for $2,775,000 when it was a multiplex.  

The current owners have clearly spent a lot of money renovating the house except for the third floor (still don't get what is going on up there) and the coach house in the back.

But I am not certain what they were going for.  The interior is not what I was expecting AT ALL and I don't think I am alone on that.

So, the house hasn't sold and the price has been dropped.

The new price is $3,950,000.

Though this place could be amazing, I still think this is too high.
