This house is very similar to the house I posted on Monday at 383 Sunnyside Avenue.
They are the same size, similar lots, neither has parking, but this house is more run down.
Andt is a little closer to Queen which some people may prefer, plus the junior school has better EQAO scores, but this house needs a LOT more work.
It was listed at $609,000.
It sold for $615,000.
So, does that make the $799,000 listing price of 383 Sunnyside sound like too much?
I don't think so. Even though it could use some work, it is move in ready.
This house is in rough shape.
I still think $835,000 is going to be the price for 383.
